We have the highest quality people under this roof with lots of creative ideas and professional framing experience.” We count Karen among them.

Philip DeFrancesco holding a silver frame

Philip DeFrancesco

Philip began his framing career in high school, working for a teacher who owned a frame shop. After 40 years in the business, he is now an art and framing consultant with Rosenbaum Framing in Boca Raton. As a qualified framing consultant with 25 years of commercial interior design experience, Philip loves the challenge of custom art framing. He believes that the most valuable part of custom framing is the ability to preserve the artwork or item for many years to come. Most of his clients are looking for art and framing for their homes. If you’re looking to spruce up your house, Philip, with his keen eye, is here to help.

Stacey Moss holding a silver frame around her face

Stacey Moss

Stacey is a trained stained glass artist who has been framing for more than 27 years. She loves Rosenbaum’s large variety of mouldings—the largest she has seen anywhere! Stacey loves designing, especially trying to find that special moulding that will make a piece appear at its optimal best. She starts the process by encouraging clients to talk about what they like and what they have in mind but is not afraid to give advice when her experience or artistic eye tells her that an idea is not feasible or won’t look good. Her motto? “I treat each piece like a Picasso. If it’s valuable to you, it’s valuable to me”.

Karen Roumay framing consultant

Karen Roumay

Karen is a second generation art and framing expert who grew up in the industry. Though she graduated with a degree in business, she always comes back to art and framing because it is “in her blood.” Working with some of the top designers in the country, she keeps a pulse on current styles and color combinations. Whether you’re framing a treasured family heirloom or a valuable work of fine art, Karen can help you enhance your piece and ensure that it fits your style and decor.
